turmeric rice

-1 cup basmati rice

-1 cup water

-1 cup coconut milk

-1 teaspoon turmeric

-himalayan salt to taste

bring all ingredients to a boil, cover and lower heat to medium until rice is fully cooked and liquids are evaporated. garnish!

grass fed beef + veggies + turmeric rice

-1 lbs grass fed ground beef

-1 cup organic broccoli

-2 large organic carrots

-1 tablespoon organic ghee

-rice made as mentioned above

-himalayan salt to taste




pumpkin spiced bulletproof latte

-1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

-2 tablespoons grass fed butter

-1 tablespoon Brain Octane oil

-couple dashes organic vanilla extract

-couple dashes nutmeg

-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon





cauliflower mash

-1 head cauliflower

-coconut oil, ghee or grass fed butter  (amount depends on how creamy you want it)

-2 teaspoon himalayan pink salt

chop and clean the head of cauliflower. bring the chopped pieces to a boil until a fork easily goes through them. drain water from pot and leave cauliflower in the pot, add salt and fat (coconut oil, ghee or grass fed butter).  use a potato masher to break down the cauliflower heads. add mixture to your blender and blend while adding more fat until it is the texture you’d like. top with a chunk of grass fed butter & enjoy :-)

coconut rice

grass fed beef sliders on sweet potato ‘buns’

-1 lb grass fed beef

-2 pasture raised eggs

-2 teaspoons himalayan salt

-1 sprig rosemary

-2 teaspoon chia seeds

-1 tablespoon coconut oil to grease pan

in a large bowl hand mix all ingredients and shape into slider patties. on medium low heat add a tablespoon of coconut oil to frying pan. place patties on pan and cover until golden brown, flip and repeat for the other side.

-1 large sweet potato

-2 tablespoons coconut oil

-1 teaspoon himalayan salt

on a baking sheet, lay out horizontally cut sweet potato rounds, cover with coconut oil and salt and put in oven on 350. cook for approximately 35 mins or until each round is cooked until edges are crispy. allow rounds to cool before assembling sliders.

assemble sliders and add your favourite toppings! i added mixed greens and avocado to mine! enjoy!!

homemade Bulletproof® chocolate cups

-1 cup Bulletproof Upgraded Cacao Butter

-3/4 cup Bulletproof Chocolate Powder

-1/2 teaspoon Bulletproof Vanillamax

-2 packets Stevia

-nuts of choice (i did half of them with raw cashews and half with almonds)

double boil the Bulletproof Upgraded Cacao Butter until its liquid. place Bulletproof Chocolate PowderBulletproof Vanillamax and Stevia in a mixing bowl. slowly add the melted Bulletproof Upgraded Cacao Butter to the dry mix, stir until there are no lumps. in a cupcake pan, place nuts of choice and pour the chocolate mix over them 1/4 filling each cupcake mould. place in the fridge to cool and harden…ENJOY!!
